Primary qualifications: BM, MRCS, MRCGP, DipSEM, FHEA
Alex qualified from Southampton University in 2011 and joined the practice initially as a GP registrar in January 2022, then salaried GP in January 2023. Alex initially trained as an orthopaedic surgeon in the Bristol region getting to the position of senior registrar, before deciding to retrain as a GP. His special interests are in musculoskeletal medicine, orthopaedics, sports medicine, minor surgery, and joint injections. Outside of work Alex enjoys squash, cycling, running and bit of downhill mountain biking.
